ON the CALENDAR
My calendar now days only consists of a few things....days to mail bills, a few birthdays, weekends I get to treck to Idaho, workdays and release days for new cds. TODAYS is ERIC CHURCH's "Carolina" cd. I blogged about him way back when and the new cd has finally arrived!!

KELLY's NEW ALBUM!!!
Another one of my absolute FAVORITES artists...KELLY CLARKSON!!
Gotta put a shout out for this girl. She is the best of the best without a doubt. Her album was supposed to come out on the 17th but the good news is that it is release TODAY!!!!! So go buy it.....only $ 9.98 at Target or Wallyworld. I already bought tickets to see her in concert and as soon as I get off work I have a hot roomie morning date with Gentry to go go buy it.

IDAHO GOTTA LOVE IT
So every month or so I drive the 300 miles to Idaho to see the b.f. Last month we went on a most gorgeous horse back ride into the back country ... loved it.
I took this picture because I just love love love old barns and old rustic wood and the background here is just gorgeous.
Heres a pic of us on the horses. It was aweseome cuz the snow was up to the horses knees. We also had another ten horses follow us from behind ...if y;a can see them. It is always nice to get away from the stresses of life and Idaho is just the place to do it. And it feels good to get away.....but then reality sets in.....
Reality sets in for about 4 hours on the drive home. I get to drive through the absolute coldest of cold for 4 hours with no heat because the heater in my car went out this summer. (ya i have gone all winter without heat l.o.l) but I just have to laugh about it. The irony about the whole thing is that I could fix the heater....but it has been so cold that I just don't want to do it.... I hate working on my car in the freezing cold....yet I continue to drive in it. Somehow it all makes sense in my mind. So here is a picture of me driving back...all bundled up and freezing my butt off.
